Orders & shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after shipping. See our Shipping policy.

Which countries do you ship to?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway and Switzerland. See our Shipping policy.

How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also use our Track your order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us before sending anything back — parcels sent without contacting us first can't be matched to an order. See our Return & refund policy.

When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days after your return arrives and is inspected, to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you, including the return cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and TWINT (Switzerland), depending on your country. See our Payment policy.

Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment providers; we never store your card details.
