Description

This mini massage gun is a handheld muscle massager about the size of a smartphone: 5.9 in (15 cm) long and about 1.3 lb (0.6 kg), so it fits in one hand, a gym bag or a carry-on. Its motor taps the head quickly against the muscle, a percussion massage you control yourself, for tired, tight muscles after a workout or a long day on your feet or at a desk.

Tap the round touch display on the back to switch it on and choose one of 6 speed levels; the LED dots show the level. Swap between four heads in seconds: the ball for big areas like thighs and the upper back, the U-shaped fork for calves and arms, the flat head for broad muscles and the cone for small spots such as the soles of your feet. The rechargeable lithium battery charges through the USB-C port under the display with the included cable, and the maker rates the motor at about 40 dB.

Use it on your back, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes and feet on gym days, after a run, after gardening or after a day at the office. It is a practical Christmas or birthday gift for dad, mom, a runner or anyone who trains, and a stocking stuffer for men and women. Do not use it on the head, the front of the neck, bones or injuries; if you are pregnant or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first. Not for children.

Why it happens

Tight muscles after a long day or workout

Hours at a desk, a hard workout, a long run or a day in the garden can leave your back, legs and shoulders feeling tired and tight. Your own hands tire fast, and a massage appointment isn't always an option.

Long hours sittingDesk work leaves shoulders and the upper back feeling stiff.
Hard workoutsLeg day, runs and lifting leave muscles tired.
Hard-to-reach spotsYour hands tire quickly and can't reach your own back.

FAQ

Questions before you buy

Can't find your answer? Contact us -- we reply within 24-48 hours.

How strong is it?

It has 6 speed levels that you choose on the round touch display. Start on level 1 or 2 and go up only as far as feels comfortable. It's a mini massage gun: smaller and lighter than full-size models, made for everyday use at home, at the gym and on the go.

Where shouldn't I use it?

Use it on soft muscle areas such as the back, shoulders, arms, legs and glutes. Don't use it on the head, the front of the neck, bones, joints, injuries, bruises or swollen skin. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or an implant such as a pacemaker, ask your doctor first. It's not for children.

How do I use it?

Switch it on with the touch display, pick a speed and let the head glide slowly over the muscle, without pressing hard. A few minutes per area is enough; keep it moving instead of holding it on one spot.

How do I charge it?

Plug the included USB-C cable into the port under the display and into a USB charger. Charge it fully before the first use.

Is it loud?

The maker rates the motor at about 40 dB. You'll hear a soft hum, more on the higher speeds.
