Description

Dirty pleats slow down your pool pump and leave the water cloudy. This pool filter cleaner wand connects to a standard garden hose and sends water through a row of fine nozzles, so you can rinse the debris out of a cartridge filter in minutes instead of scrubbing it by hand. It is made for routine upkeep of above-ground pools, in-ground pools and spas.

The wide, fan-shaped comb head has six parallel rows of ribbed teeth. Slide it down the pleats of a swimming pool, spa or hot tub cartridge and the jets flush out leaves, sand and dirt from between the folds. The pistol-style grip is made of dark grey plastic with orange control buttons on the side, so it sits comfortably in one hand while the other holds the cartridge. Rinse the whole filter, turn it, and repeat until the water runs clear.

Setup takes seconds. Click the black quick-connect fitting at the bottom of the handle onto your hose, hold the filter upright, and work from top to bottom. A spare orange hose quick-connector is included in the box. It is a simple, lightweight tool that stores easily in a pool shed or garage between cleanings, and it needs no batteries or power.

What does it clean?
