1. Who we are

The website fizlio.com and the Fizlio brand ("Fizlio", "we", "us") are owned and operated by EROKADS SARL, 5 rue Pleyel, Bureau 3, 93200 Saint-Denis, France, SIRET 925 256 356 00013, email info@fizlio.com. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping policy, Return & refund policy, Privacy policy and Payment policy.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Products are intended for normal household use following the instructions on the product page and packaging.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable VAT where required. Standard shipping is free. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we ship the order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud); in that case any payment is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods listed in our Payment policy. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 5 to 8 business days after shipping. Full details are in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of receipt as described in our Return & refund policy. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which our policy includes. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.

9. Liability

EROKADS SARL, as operator of fizlio.com, is responsible for the products sold on the website in accordance with the law. We are not liable for damage caused by use that doesn't follow the product instructions, or for indirect losses, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

10. Website use and intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to EROKADS SARL, the operator of fizlio.com and owner of the Fizlio brand, or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@fizlio.com; we will do our best to resolve it. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or a consumer mediator free of charge.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
