Description

Make the room darker and calmer with this ready made eyelet blackout curtain. It is cut from a thick, tightly woven matte polyester fabric with a soft, plain finish that blocks most of the daylight coming through the window, so bedrooms, nurseries and shift-worker rooms stay dim during the day. The plain solid colour sits quietly in any room, from a modern bedroom to a living room.

The top has a row of round silver-tone metal eyelets, so the panel slides straight onto a curtain pole with no hooks or tape to fit. The fabric falls into soft, even folds and hangs neatly to the floor. Choose grey, black or beige and the size that fits your window. Each listing is one panel: order two to hang a pair on a wide window, as shown in the photos. Curtain pole not included.

Care is simple. Hand wash, wipe clean or air dry; dry cleaning is also possible. Measure your pole width and the drop you want before you order, and allow a little extra width for fuller folds. Sizes are given in inches and centimetres, and the finished size can differ from the stated size by 1 to 3 cm on the hem and up to 5 cm on the width.

Is it one curtain or a pair?

Each listing is one panel. The photos show two panels hung side by side, so add two to your basket for a pair.

Does it block all light?

The thick fabric gives high light blocking and keeps most daylight out. A little light can still show around the edges of the window.

How do I hang it?

Slide a curtain pole through the metal eyelets and fix the pole in its brackets. The pole and brackets are not included.

How do I choose a size?

Measure the pole width and the drop you want, then pick the nearest size. Sizes can differ by 1 to 3 cm from the stated size.
