This VR headset holds your smartphone in front of two lenses, so videos, 360 degree clips and VR games fill your view instead of sitting in your hand. Slide the phone into the front flap, pull the headset on and you are inside the picture in under a minute.

The glossy white and black shell is light at about 195 g, and the soft foam face cushion rests against your face without pressing. An elastic head strap goes around your head and a second strap crosses over the top, each with a sliding buckle, so the weight sits evenly and you can tighten or loosen it in seconds. The nose cut-out leaves room to breathe and fits most face shapes, and the headset fits over many everyday glasses.

There is no battery, no cable and no app to install for the headset itself. It simply holds your phone, so what you watch depends on the phone and the VR apps or videos you choose on iPhone or Android.
