About Fizlio

Fizlio is a brand and online store (fizlio.com) owned and operated by EROKADS SARL, a small e-commerce company based in Saint-Denis, just north of Paris. We started Fizlio to offer simple products that make everyday home care easier — things that do one job well, without complicated routines.

Our first product, Drain Fresh Pods, tackles a very common problem: drains that keep smelling even when the sink itself is clean. One pod, once a week — no scrubbing, no measuring.

How we work

• We keep things clear: honest descriptions, real photos of what you receive, and prices with free standard shipping included.
• We ship with tracking: orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and delivered in 5 to 8 business days after shipping.
• We're reachable: our team answers every email, Monday to Saturday.
• We stand behind our products: 30-day returns and a full refund if something arrives defective or not as described.

Have a question or an idea for a product? We'd love to hear from you — get in touch.
