Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on fizlio.com, the online store of the Fizlio brand, operated by EROKADS SARL. We ship every order from our partner warehouses with a tracked service. Here is exactly what to expect.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to all the countries we deliver to.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Shipping time

Once shipped, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). In total, most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed. Carriers deliver Monday to Friday.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway and Switzerland. We don't ship to other countries at the moment.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also follow it on our Track your order page or in your account. If you haven't received a shipping email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us with your order number.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos for damage). We will locate it with the carrier and, if it is lost or damaged, send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it until the order has shipped.
