Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on fizlio.com, the online store of the Fizlio brand, operated by EROKADS SARL ("we", "us"). They complete our Terms of service. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Seller

2. Products

The main characteristics of each product (size, materials, use, what's included) are shown on its product page. We describe and show our products as accurately as we can; some images illustrate the product in use. Products are offered while stock lasts.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include applicable VAT where required. Standard shipping is free on every order. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Ordering

Add products to your cart, enter your details at checkout, choose a payment method and confirm. We send an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we ship your order; if a product turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Depending on your country we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and TWINT — see our Payment policy. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway and Switzerland. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (orders placed before 5:00 pm Paris time on a business day are processed from that day) and delivered within 5 to 8 business days after shipping, with tracking. 7. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return — please contact us before sending anything back. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. There is no restocking fee. If you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer; if the item is defective, damaged or not as described, we cover it. 8. Legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.

9. Customer service and complaints

Contact us by email at info@fizlio.com, by phone at +33 7 56 93 28 69 or through our contact form, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:00 pm (Paris time). We reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. EU consumers can also turn to a consumer mediator free of charge.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
