When the evenings get cooler, this heated throw blanket gives you a warm spot wherever you sit. A small round control button on the corner switches it on and lets you choose from three heat settings.

The top is a soft, plush fleece with a diamond-quilted pattern, and the reverse side is smooth and velvety against the skin. A contrast binding finishes the edges, and a row of snap buttons along one side lets you fasten the blanket around your shoulders as a wearable shawl, or leave it open and lay it across your lap and legs. Choose the size that suits you: the 30 x 47 in (75 x 120 cm) size is a compact lap and shoulder wrap, while the 39 x 55 in (100 x 140 cm) size covers more of you on the sofa.
