Bake a cake that looks like it came from a bakery. This fluted bundt cake pan has a classic ring shape with ten rounded ridges, so every cake comes out with a sculpted crown and a golden crust. It is about 10 inches (25 cm) across, a good size for a pound cake, a lemon bundt, a coffee cake or a spiced autumn cake. It also suits brunch bakes, birthday cakes and gifts from your own kitchen.

The pan is made from carbon steel in one seamless piece, with a non-stick coating on the inside. Brush it lightly with butter or baking spray, pour in the batter and bake. Once the cake has rested, it turns out onto a plate with the ridges intact. The center tube lets heat reach the middle of the batter, which helps a dense cake bake evenly. A smooth rolled rim makes the pan comfortable to hold with oven mitts, and the pan stores easily in a standard cabinet.
